Hi, Is anyone else having issues installing the prime photos app, the Amazon drive app and the Amazon Alexa app from the play store? I have trieda few times and keep getting an error code ''.
I have also tried to install the Amazon app store to see if I can install them from there, but the app fails to install also despite unknown sources being enabled for Chrome and files.If anyone can shed any light on this I'd appreciate it.
I'm having exactly the same problem.I'm unable to install Amazon Prime from the app store and updates to the preinstalled Amazon apps also fail.
